Aged for 24 months in large, French and Slovenian oak barrels of 600 and 1200 liters and then 2 years in bottle before being sent to the market. Intense bouquet and aroma full of blackberries and black cherries, a touch of spices and forest floor, the taste is concentrated and well balanced.
