25 YEAR OLD has a remarkably complex character, largely the result of the whisky being primarily aged in European oak sherry casks. These casks contribute a surprising amount of flavour as the whisky matures into a liquid that is both dark and full-bodied. 25 YEAR OLD is spicy and nutty, with significant notes of dried fruit, caramel crumble and soft fudge.
