Pierre Péters L'Etonnant Monsieur Victor 2009

Incredibly rare and absolutely top Cuvée from Pierre Péters. Here in the very first edition released - Edition MK.09!

This is an approx. 50/50 mix of the best tank of his 'Les Chétillons' from 2009, and then Rudolphe's Perpetual Reserve which is based on the years 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1996 ...

Subsequently, it has been approx. 5 years on the yeast under natural cork before it has been disgorged with 3.5-4.5 grams dosage. Only 1,110 bottles have been made in this first edition, and it is Rudolphe's son, Victor, to whom the Cuvée is dedicated, and who has also drawn the picture for the label and box.
