For instance, if you know as a buyer that you won’t be home before the shipment arrives, consider using the “put on hold” feature or ask the seller if you can postpone the shipment slightly so the wine doesn’t sit in a pickup location or locker longer than necessary.

In summer, we also recommend choosing a pickup point delivery rather than package lockers.

If temperatures rise above 25°C, we recommend shipping in polystyrene packaging whenever possible. It offers excellent thermal protection, maintaining the wine’s temperature for several days and shielding it from the heat.
