This Grand Brut is an extremely intense and complex champagne that matures for 6 years to develop the floral aromas that are associated with this type of champagne. It consists of 100% Chardonnay grapes and is best served at 8 degrees. It has a lively gold and green color with extremely fine bubbles. The scent is of intense aromas of white flowers; acacia, hawthorn, lilac and elderberry. Furthermore, you experience notes of subtle tones of honey, poached pear, pineapple and caramelized lemon. There is an excellent crispness in this champagne. It is rich and intense with a long, silky and elegant finish. Combine it with crab, passion fruit and mushrooms or mushrooms.
