Sauvignon Langhe DOC Viridis 2022 - Burlotto is made from grapes from Sauvignon vines grown in the vineyards of the Langhe region, in the town of Burlotto. The grapes undergo a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a period of 15 days. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels to develop complexity and structure. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils and are exposed to good sunlight.
The wine presents itself with a beautiful visual analysis with a light golden color. When analyzing the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers emerge. When tasting, a pleasant freshness is felt with a balance between acidity and saltiness. Its elegance and aromatic intensity make it a wine with great personality. With proper storage, this wine is expected to be able to age for up to 5 years. The tasting notes suggest an ideal combination with fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
