The lady behind Louise Brison, Delphine Brulez, has taken the champagne world by storm with her principle of only releasing vintage champagnes that have often been left on the yeast for an extra long time and with low or no dosage at all!
Her 'A l'Aube de la Côte des Bar' is 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged for 9 months in oak, bottled in June 2017 and disgorged after 60 months in June 2022 with 0 g/l dosage! Huge wine for the price...
