Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC red wine produced by the Quintarelli winery in Negrar, with a blend of 55% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Quintarelli is one of the jewels in the crown of Verona's winemaking culture, boasting an exemplary tradition and world-renowned quality that makes it an extremely valuable wine. The vines are located on soils rich in limestone and basalt and enjoy a subcontinental climate conducive to optimal ripening. After manual harvesting, the selected bunches are transported to the winery in wooden crates and pressed. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts for eight days. It is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 60 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and released for sale.

Intense ruby red color. The nose reveals spicy aromas with hints of berries such as blackberry and black cherry. The palate is intense and refined, with well-balanced tannins that lend a delicate pleasure to the palate.
