Elegant red burgundy with lots of aging potential.
Biodynamic pinot noir from old vines from two different Aux Fourneaux plots, respectively from the plot with village status and from the slightly higher one with premier cru status. Both plots are south-southeast oriented.
Manual harvest in small boxes to preserve the grapes, followed by whole-bunch fermentation in open vats and 18 months in barrels, 10% of which are new.
No filtration or clarification and only a little sulfur at bottling.
Perfect bottle and always stored properly.
