The 1974 Château Margaux comes from a difficult vintage in Bordeaux, but today it retains real personality and a certain interest for lovers of old wines.
Label slightly aged over the years but wine level at the shoulder which proves its good conservation.
Color: Light brick red, with brown highlights, typical of the evolution of a great old Bordeaux.
Nose: Complex, floral (white flowers), black fruits, dried fig, notes of cedar, truffle, dry leaves and sometimes an earthy or mineral touch.
Palate: Fresh attack (good acidity), evolving into aromas of black fruits, dried fruits, violet, all with a medium texture, tannins still present, a slightly dry but persistent finish, and a hint of suppleness linked to the years.

Lo Château Margaux del 1974 proviene da un'annata difficile a Bordeaux, ma oggi conserva una personalità autentica e un certo interesse per gli amanti dei vini d'annata.
Etichetta leggermente invecchiata nel corso degli anni ma vino livellato alla spalla, il che ne dimostra la buona conservazione.
Colore: Rosso mattone chiaro, con riflessi marroni, tipico dell'evoluzione di un grande vecchio Bordeaux.

Étiquette légèrement vieillie par les années mais niveau du vin à l’épaule ce qui prouve sa bonne conservation.
Robe : Rouge brique clair, avec des reflets bruns, typiques de l’évolution d’un grand Bordeaux ancien.
Nez : Complexe, floral (fleurs blanches), fruits noirs, figue séchée, notes de cèdre, truffe, feuilles sèches et parfois une touche terreuse ou minérale.
