Forse sconosciuto a molti, ma proprio di fronte a Bollinger si trova questa squisita tenuta di champagne. Questa cuvée Gabriël millesimata è una bomba di Pinot Nero. Al naso è ricco di frutti rossi, toni terrosi scuri, fogliame, prugne e fiori secchi. Uno stile delizioso, audace e caldo. Al palato si percepiscono caramello, cipolla fritta, prugne, acquavite, rosa canina, funghi selvatici saltati nel burro.

Peut-être méconnu de beaucoup, mais juste en face de Bollinger se trouve ce domaine champenois exquis. Cette cuvée Gabriël millésimée est une véritable bombe de Pinot Noir. Le nez est riche en fruits rouges, avec des notes terreuses sombres, de feuillage, de pruneaux et de fleurs séchées. Un style à la fois audacieux et chaleureux. En bouche, on retrouve des notes de caramel, d'oignon frit, de pruneaux, d'eau-de-vie, de cynorhodon et de gibier sauvage sauté au beurre.
