The vines are pruned using the double Guyot method. Secondary shoots are removed, and green harvesting is carried out to obtain a small yield. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates before being transferred to the winery.
Château Teyssier grapes are hand-harvested while still green to ensure concentration. The grapes are sorted, first by bunch, then, after destemming, individually. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks after cold maceration. The wines are aged in French oak, a quarter of which is new.
