Very good condition with intact labels and level in the neck.

Château Pédesclaux is a 5th Growth Classified Pauillac, made from a blend typical of the appellation: approximately 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.
The 1989 vintage is recognized in Bordeaux for its maturity and aging potential, particularly in the Médoc.

On the nose, aromas of black fruit and spices dominate, with animal notes, leather, meat juices, and an earthy touch. There are also nuances of cedar, cigar box, and tobacco, characteristic of mature Pauillac wines.
On the palate, the wine is dense and voluptuous, with silky tannins and an elegant structure. It is full and pleasant, with a certain power but also a finesse that makes the wine approachable even after several decades of aging.
It finishes with a good, persistent length, with notes of ripe fruit, spices and undergrowth.

For lovers of great Pauillac wines like Lynch-Bages or Pichon Baron who want to taste a great estate that was not recognized at the time and which has risen to prominence thanks to Jacky Lorenzetti, an expert in professional success (creator of Foncia and owner of the Parisian rugby club Racing 92)

All my wines come from my allocations as a sommelier or from the cellars of starred restaurants and are kept in aging cellars.
