Rare rosé champagne created in collaboration between the cult producer Frédéric Savart and Champagne Dremont Père et Fils in Sillery. 🍾 This is the 16th edition in the limited Éphémère series, which is only produced in very limited quantities and with great precision.

The champagne consists of 30% Chardonnay Premier Cru, 56% Pinot Noir Premier Cru and 14% still red wine from the top villages of Verzenay and Sermiers. The wine is based on 85% harvest from 2016 and 15% from 2015.

After 5 years of aging “sur lattes”, it was disgorged in July 2022 with a low dosage of only 2 g/L (Extra-Brut), giving a dry and elegant style with great finesse.

The bottle has been stored 100% correctly under optimal conditions since purchase.
