TWO BOTTLES OF BAROLO FOR GREAT CONNOISSEURS STILL IN THEIR ORIGINAL GIFT BOX... VERY RARE 1997 VINTAGE IN SUCH IMPECCABLE CONDITION... AT THE PEAK OF ITS BOTTLE AGEING, A TRULY UNREPEATABLE DRINKING EXPERIENCE IS EXPECTED!

Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, the wine matures partly for approximately two years in 30- and 35-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. The remainder is aged in small, 225-liter, medium-toasted French oak vats. The blending process is carried out in traditional large oak barrels, completing its maturation in the bottle before release. Barolo Cannubi reaches maturity six years after harvest, and the maturation plateau ranges from six to 30 years.

It displays a ruby red color with garnet highlights. The aroma is intense with distinct notes of rose, vanilla, spices, and toasted oak. A faint note of absinthe is present. The palate is full and elegant, well-bodied, austere, with soft, enveloping tannins. The spicy and woody notes blend together pleasantly.

A wine that pairs well with traditional Langhe egg pasta dishes, such as tajarin, meat-filled ravioli, red meat dishes, boiled and braised meats, and game. It's an ideal companion for sheep's and goat's cheeses, as well as mature hard cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C.

From a former collector's cellar, under constant temperature and humidity control, these two bottles are in truly EXCEPTIONAL condition despite thirty years of LIFE and are two jewels for connoisseurs and collectors themselves.

All shipments are insured and handled by leading companies, and the packaging is carefully prepared to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition and without damage.
For the buyer's protection and respect, we guarantee that the bottles in the photos are exactly those delivered after the win.
