"This wine was produced entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the sand and gravel soils of the Sunnyslope District in the Snake River Valley AVA of Idaho. Dark berry and black currant flavors typical of vineyards in this district are enhanced by aging in fine oak barrels for 22 months. Smooth and enjoyable now, this Cabernet Sauvignon will age well and soften with additional cellaring."
Alc. 14.8%, Aging: 22 months in 80% new French and American barrels, Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
