The 2013 'Carnival of Love' by Mollydooker is another exceptional wine from this estate. This inky colored wine weighs in at 16% alcohol and offers profound aromatics of black plum, boysenberry cordial, stewed strawberry, Turkish coffee and dark chocolate. There are intoxicating flavors of crème de cassis, milk chocolate, black cherry reduction, coffee grounds and black tea. The fruit weight on the mid-palate is massive as this dense and chewy Shiraz that is impossible to resist. When allowed extended air contact this wine becomes even more complex and brooding, showing its complex range of fruit flavors that artfully capture the wonderful aging potential of this majestic Shiraz.
