100% Merlot-based from Veneto. The grapes come from the Le Ronche field, located east of Treviso and northeast of Venice in Fossalta di Piave.
Made solely with spontaneous fermentation from the grapes' natural yeast cells with a fermentation and maceration over 15 days. The wine is then aged in French barriques.
Stored at 12 degrees since purchase. Stand A/B.
