Champagne Rigot-Caillez Vintage 2012

Nice vintage blanc de blancs from the smaller producer, Rigot-Caillez. The wine is Extra Brut and thus on the dry end, but appears really fresh, even though it has been 9 years (!) on yeast residues at the producer.

From the royal year 2012, which has probably only been surpassed by 2008 in the past many decades.

Selling due to lack of space. Have always stored it horizontally in a dark basement for approx. 12-14 degrees (depending on the season).
