Description:
Decanted 1h before and served at 16°C. This concentrated and rich wine reveals, thanks to its high maturity, black fruit notes, spices, leather and licorice. This red wine is complex, generous with a slightly toasted note. Fleshy and well-balanced, Credo keeps a nice freshness before a wonderful long final.

Grape varieties: 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan
Terroir: Clay limestone soils with round pebbles in the foothills of the Corbières, sprinkled with some schistose materials and siliceous pebbles. Perfect soil for the production of high quality wines. Rigorous viticulture on a careful selection of tiny plots
Winemaking Hand harvesting in small baskets (10kg) on ​​one layer. Grapes are cooled down to 5°C during 24 hours. Sorted twice (by grapes and berries). Alcoholic fermentation in barrels of 300 and 500 L with two punching down a day. 4 weeks maceration before a gentle pressing with a hand press.
