The ancient Veronese grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, chosen on the hills, rest on bamboo trellises in the drying rooms during the winter months. From the concentrated bunches comes a fragrant and fruity wine, round and refined, with an admirable balance between alcohol, sugar and structure.
