Vinen er produceret af Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta, Rondinella, fra en hektar vinmarker i Callore. Vinstokkene her er 20 år gamle. Alle druer håndhøstes i oktober måned og fragtes efterfølgende til det nærliggende vinhus i små kasser. Her tørrer druerne først ca. 70 dage, inden de knuses, afstilkes og gærer i temperaturkontrolleret ståltanke. Herefter fadlagrer vinen 48 måneder i franske og amerikanske egetræsfade og sidenhen min. 12 måneder i flasken inden frigivelse. Meget begrænset produktion på kun ca. 700 kasser årligt. Ublu, men godt integreret, 17,5% alkohol.
