Solea is made from grapes from vineyards near Sambuca di Sicilia, where the location near Lake Arancio and the constant winds from Africa ensure a constant temperature and access to water for the vines. All energy for wine production comes from 100% green electricity from wind turbines planted in the fields. And the sustainable adventure does not stop with the windmills, as the foil on the bottle neck, the paper on the labels and the glass bottle itself are designed to leave as little footprint as possible on the atmosphere.
