Created by the Norwegian rich man Alexander Vik in 2004. Current winemaker Christián Vallejo trained at Chateau Pavie in Bordeaux.
Decanter has previously named Milla Cala the 12th best Bordeaux blend outside of Bordeaux. And the winery has figured in the top 10 of the world's best wineries.
