Within the vintages of the 80s, 81 and 82 are the two most representative in terms of quality. The first is finer and more elegant; the other, with more body and name. Due to its quality and age, this wine from 1981 is a Gran Reserva. Elegant, powerful and lively, after spending some time in tanks and four years in barrels, it was bottled in June 1988. To achieve its coherence and harmony, it is necessary to keep it horizontally, in the absence of light and air currents, on places that do not have sudden temperature fluctuations. Keep between 16/20°C. We achieve its full qualitative expression by opening the bottle half an hour in advance, omitting it, and decanting it. We recommend serving it between 18/20°
