Petterino Gattinara Riserva 2017

Nebbiolo from Gattinara in Piedmont.

The man behind it is Marco Petterino, who owns some of the appellation's best parcels, Permolone, Castelle and Guardie.
The grapes are harvested manually and the vinification is traditional, 15 days of maceration and 3 years in large barrels, botti, and then another 6 months in steel for natural clarification.
