Intense Cabernet Franc dominated wine from high-lying vineyards in Gualtallary in Tupungato in Mendoza's famous Uco Valley wine region, over 1000 m above sea level. The grapes are picked at 7 different times to achieve the perfect ripeness. The wine is stored for 7 months in oak barrels. The vinification is also reminiscent of the technique used on the famous French Cru Classévine from Bordeaux. The wine has an intense dark color, almost purple at the edges, a large bouquet of ripe, black berries and hints of spices and mocha, a complex taste with great fullness that ends soft and fruity. Alejandro Virgil even calls it a "mini Cheval Blanc".
