Polish Hill River Aged Release Riesling has a graceful light straw yellow color with a green tinge. The scent that flows in front of you from the glass is reminiscent of toast and honey combined with a very pure crispiness.
The taste is wonderfully fresh with just the right acid right up to the aftertaste. The underlying aromas are very distinct and come from lime and citrus. All that together is characteristic of a classic Riesling, but here lifted to an even higher level than usual.
