Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore, from Trento, is only produced in selected vintages, and has become an icon in sparkling Italian wines. Giulio Ferrari was, as the only sparkling wine, selected on the Wine Spectator's top 10 list of Italian wines.
Impression: Complex and mineral, with notes of apricot, grapefruit, honey, pastries and white chocolate.
