The grape is Tempranillo, locally called "Tinto Fino", which plays the dominant role, but a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon is still invited to the party. Harvested from vines planted in 2002 on 5 different small high-lying plots (860-923 masl), and since the beginning has been cultivated without irrigation and according to ecological principles, although it has not yet been found opportune to apply for and pay for the official stamp.

Has a nice scent of blackberries, blueberries, black cherries, vanilla and licorice with fresh mineral undertones that beautifully balance the fullness and the relatively high alcohol content. Insistent, but not tiring, just noble and confident and once again a beautiful example of how Tempranillo can become masterful.
