Stored for a minimum of 2 years in the cellar before disgorging, and then 6 months before release.
This Rosé is of the Rosé de Saignée type, which means that in connection with pressing the grapes,
the maceration, there has been contact between the must and the skins for between 8-12 hours to give
the structure and color of a Rose.
