Pure chardonnay, 18 months in casks with partial malolactic fermentation and then seven years on the lees!!. The bottle without dosage. About 1000 bottles produced.
Phenomenal champagne that really showcases the unique terroir and the dedication to it.
Can easily stay for another 10 years.
