Pure Pinot Noir from Saint Aubin in Burgundy.
Made from a mixture of grapes from both very old and slightly younger vines. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, 10 days of maceration and then 12-18 months in used wooden barrels. Biodynamic in the field and organically certified.
In the drinking window now and a few more years.
Perfect bottle and always stored safely.
