Beautiful chardonnay from Chanterêves.
Slow pressing over six hours, fermentation with pied de cuve and 12 months in barrel. Very little sulfur before bottling. A bit of filtration but no clarification.
Drinks beautifully already, and exudes potential for the next few years.
Perfect bottle and always stored safely.
