Antinori Tenuta Montenisa, Brut Blanc de Blancs is an elegant sparkling wine from Franciacorta, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The wine presents a brilliant light golden color with a fine, persistent mousse. The aroma is complex and refined with notes of green apples, citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, acacia flowers and a hint of freshly baked bread, which comes from the long aging on lees. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a delicate balance between acidity and minerality, giving a harmonious and persistent finish with subtle notes of toast and nuts.
