From a rarely released parcel in Kiedrich, Rheingau, offered by Robert Weil under the name Monte Vacano. The wine is produced on old Riesling vines in selected years, where the quality is particularly high, and the style is nutty with long fermentation and aging on lees. Can develop complexity over many years.

2019 was generally a cool year in Rheingau, which can give the wines a straight acid structure combined with ripe, yellow fruit and great aging potential.
