Batch of Emil Skytte's 4 cult wines:
Etheria, 100% Grenache
Diaspora, 100% Pinot noir
Parallax, 100% Mourvedre
Aurora, 100% Charonnay

The grapes are grown biodynamically, harvested by hand, de-stemmed by hand, trampled with the feet and pressed on a hydraulic press. Fermented naturally and matured in used casks, large and small, of French oak. Bottled without filtration and with minimal sulphur.
