Reserve red wine from Ribera del Duero (Spain) made by Bodegas Alión with Tinto Fino grapes in a 30-year-old vineyard of 130 hectares located in Padilla, Valbuena de Duero and Pesquera, of which 70 are within the estate of Vega Sicilia itself. The aging in wood and cement for between 12 to 14 months, depending on the characteristics of the vintage, is carried out exclusively in new French oak barrels, which are renewed every year. Its most suitable combination with food would be red meat, sausages, roasts, stews and game with feathers and fur. It can be drunk in perfect conditions from now until 2040. We recommend decanting it and serving it at a temperature between 14ºC and 18ºC
