Njord Pinot Noir Précoce ‘Issø’ 2020 + 2021

There probably isn't a Danish wine lover who doesn't know Njord and who doesn't either dream of trying it for the first time or would like to try it again and again...
Therefore, this is also an incredibly rare opportunity to try two vintages from the same field side by side!

Issø is Njord's largest field at 1.5 hectares and was planted in 2018, although a new larger field will also be planted in 2024. The field has a slope of 20%.

2020 is considered by connoisseurs to be one of the best vintages due to a combination of the ripeness of the grapes along with complete destemming and the use of 2/3 new barrels.

2021, on the other hand, had slightly less ripeness in the grapes, and here 20% whole bunches and also 2/3 new barrels were used.
