The white wines from Jean-Claude Bachelet are, in my opinion, some of the best from Burgundy that is still affordable and available... But unfortunately it is becoming increasingly difficult, as others have also discovered it.
But it's not just Chardonnay that they make, but also a lovely Aligoté - here in the light and very crisp 2021 vintage.
