Enchanting champagne from Waris-Larmandier. Pure and fresh, green apples, citrus peel, pastry, fine body from the lees contact and a beautiful mousse.
Pure chardonnay from old vines, biodynamically grown and from different areas in the Cotes des Blancs.
Manual harvest, natural and malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. Ageing for 6-18 months followed by between 24 and 36 months on the lees.
Perfect bottle and always stored properly.
