B.T. Oloroso VORS is a sherry made from 100% Palomino Fino. The wine has aged "oxidatively" - without the famous layer of yeast.
In the nose there are hazelnuts, cocoa, balsamic vinegar, and cedar.
On the palate nuts, coffee, figs, bitter chocolate.
Enjoy cooled (12 degrees) for eg pig or game.
