Modern champagne made from pure Meunier from two different lieux-dits, La Pièce des Cotéas and La Pièce des Uselants in Troissy in the Marne Valley. From the 2022 harvest.
Biodynamic work in the field, manual selection and harvest. Spontaneously fermented and aged in barriques and amphora. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled with a dosage of 3g/l.
Perfect bottles and always stored properly.
