The 2019 Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese (Gold Capsule) is a beauty close to perfection. It displays intense, perfectly ripe, healthy and refined raisin fruit on the nose along with tropical hints, herbal notes and dashes of lemon juice, while the stony/mineral expressions remain rather in the background but still add excitement and distinction. On the palate, this is an incredibly juicy, piquant, refined, salty and weightless yet intense Riesling with concentrated but highly stimulating fruit. The finish is long and amazing in its sensual finesse and elegance. This is a digestible, concentrated and energetic Auslese that comes very close to perfection. Tasted as a sample in April 2020. Il Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese 2019 (Gold Capsule) è una bellezza che sfiora la perfezione. Al naso, rivela un'uva passa intensa, perfettamente matura, sana e raffinata, insieme a sentori tropicali, note erbacee e spruzzi di succo di limone, mentre le note minerali/pietre rimangono piuttosto in secondo piano, aggiungendo comunque entusiasmo e distinzione. Al palato, si rivela un Riesling incredibilmente succoso, piccante, raffinato, salato e leggero ma intenso, con un frutto concentrato ma altamente stimolante. Il finale è lungo e sorprendente nella sua sensuale finezza ed eleganza. Un Auslese digeribile, concentrato ed energico che si avvicina molto alla perfezione. Le Riesling Auslese Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr 2019 (Capsule d'Or) est une merveille proche de la perfection. Au nez, il révèle des notes intenses de raisin sec, parfaitement mûres, saines et raffinées, ainsi que des notes tropicales, herbacées et citronnées. Les notes minérales et pierreuses restent discrètes, mais apportent une touche d'exaltation et de distinction. En bouche, ce Riesling est incroyablement juteux, piquant, raffiné, salin et léger, mais intense, avec un fruit concentré mais très stimulant. La finale est longue et étonnante par sa finesse sensuelle et son élégance. C'est un Auslese digeste, concentré et énergique, qui frôle la perfection. Dégusté en avril 2020.
