Jean-Pierre Guyon - Nuits Saint Georges "Aux Herbues" 2018

Guyon lets his vines bloom wildly and ties up the top shoots according to the same methodology as Leroy and Arnoux Lachaux. The domain is from 2012 certified biodynamic and works according to the practices in both field and basement.
The 2018 is a warm vintage and the intensity of this wine is high. Still, Guyon manages to master the vintage and keep a nice acidity and minerality in the wine. Tastes good already, but the patient will be rewarded by giving it a few years in the cellar.
Perfectly stored
