One of Italy's most famous red wines and a pioneer in Italian winemaking, also called Italy's Latour. As the first Italian wine, Sassicaia won 100 points in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, and the wine has received the otherwise difficult to obtain three glasses in Gambero Rosso no less than 21 times. In short, Sassicaia is a living legend. Sassicaia made at the Tenuta San Guido vineyard in Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast.
