Natural wine from the Moselle with good funky character. Tiny Winery is another "low-intervention" place, because there is not a winery, just a place where Sven Zerwas does his project with wine without any synthetic chemistry. Mosel Fine Wines has found him and gives the project very nice words and numbers along the way.
I just throw in a “grandpa” Trossen as a bonus. Together with Clemens Busch, he is the pioneer of natural wine and was a co - founder of Demeter almost 40 years ago or something. Tastes just like its own.
Everything is bought down there and stored cold since. They will probably be drunk soon, as they are not soaked in sulphites :-)
