Charles Lachaux took over 100% from 2015, but had at that time worked in the domain for a number of years. In the year 2016, the style changes can be felt little by little, with more stalking, less dish, higher degree of infusion versus previous extraction and experimentation with Leroy-like binding in the fields. Really interesting time in the history of the domain, in many ways in the middle of a fantastic development phase.
The vintage after, 2017, was the first vintage with 100% detoxification and stylistically according to Charles' visions.
