Class wine from Israel from the Judean Hills between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Rich ripe fruit on the nose with a hint of spice. The palate is complex yet restrained with silky tannins and an elegant spicy finish. A wine with a noble class always begins in the vineyards. Every year, Noble represents the very best grapes produced by Flam Winery's best vineyards. The wines are aged for 18 months in new French oak and then for 24 months under a carefully controlled climate. Flam Noble is a work of art. 4.6 points on Vivino. Stored dry and cool.
