Little brother to the world-famous Pingus wine, which was created by the Danish Peter Sisseck. Peter Sisseck's PSI is a blend of 88% Tempranillo and 12% Grenache from very old vines. The wine is aged for 18 months in used casks from Dominio de Pingus, which help to give the wine both depth and fullness.
